It depends on the client. There are times when the general objective is agreed upon and during the same process, issues arise that force to modify the direction of the objectives that the client wants to achieve. According to my experience, an accompaniment process should last at most 9 to 10 sessions. Sometimes even less, since the client’s learning pace is faster. What is important to mention is that a coaching process will only be successful when the person is committed to change, open to challenge and reflection. Connecting with the vulnerability and humility that we can all improve as individuals will make the path easier for the client and consequently for me as a professional.
